Set up marketplace from scratch. Activities involved:1. Creation of trackers and dashboards for daily business needs; building supply (hiring, retention and scale up) and setting up SOPs for writer-client interactions across the marketplace2. Establishing guidelines and liaising with other teams to roll out the TAT adherence policyfor suppliers that led to reduced rework rates3. Formalisation of writing process, category pricing, retention process, and building asupplier pool of 100+ writers, and a central payout sheet for the marketplaceLeading the content marketplace. Activities involved:1. Tracking and improving demand and supply side metrics covering 200+ businessesacross 10 countries, increased supply side NPS 2. New Category Launch: Launched 'medical writing' subcategory; formalised writing process to ensure high-quality output3. Reduced MoM churn and rework rates; charted process map and identified manual touchpoints to automate content journey using excel and in-house tech.
