Business Development: 2.1 Preparation for Approach and Methodology for Bidding of Projects as prescribed in RfP. 2.2 Identifying a suitable candidate for deployment as per requirement of RfP. 2.3 Preparing work plan schedule and manpower schedule as part of tender documents. 2.4 Preparing a cost estimate fee sheet to identify suitable costs for financials of the project. 3. Knowledge & Growth: 3.1 Centralized control of Project Documents for future reference.3.2 Take upon knowledge sharing sessions to educate on SOPs of the company. 4. Compliance of SOPs and Audit Reports.

Visit the site with the business development team and work out the “conversion cost" (project cost) and “conversion period" (schedule) for converting the property.Working out the overall budget required and uploading the same into the ERP.Preparation of a micro-level schedule.Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation.Release of RFQs to the potential suppliers/subcontractors.Technical and commercial bid evaluation and L1/T1 selection.Project procurement management (from scope identification, preparation of PR, approval of PR, preparation of PO, release of PO to site material delivery)Preparation of the project management plan Leading and managing the project implementation activities.Tracking the project against performance baselines and reviewing for variances.Submitting change requests in case of deviation of project performance from baselines and implementing approved changes to the project to bring the project performance back on track.Close outlets and turn over the property to the operations team to operate the hotel.Perform repair and maintenance work and address wear and tear issues as part of the DLP.
