The Company is being liquidated as a going concern in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.I was responsible for reviewing and verification of 128 claims of Indian and foreign operational creditors worth 3592 crores, & verification of all the prospective resolution applicants and preparation of Information Memorandum to be presented to resolution applicant.Represented Grant Thornton to Monnet Power Corporation Limited in Angul, Orissa for 8 days where I provided key recommendations in the sale of 300 tonnes of MS steel worth 2 crores at the 525X2 MW thermal power plant. I also streamlined and supervised the deal.Worked with multiple stakeholders (like class of creditors, valuers, contractors, and various other advisors) to negotiate, agree and implement solutions with respect to the stressed asset. Managed operations of the Insolvent enterprise as going concern, including strategizing and underpinning the resolution professional, that drives the company's sustainability.

Universitas 21 partnered with Common Purpose to deliver U21 Global Citizenship, an online leadership development course. The course was open to 2,800 students from all universities across the U21 network, meaning participants engage with and learn from students across the globe. By developing ideas together, across borders and time zones, students developed skills needed to thrive in the 21st century whilst tackling some of the world’s most pressing problems, outlined in the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG). Participants reflected on the improvement in their cultural competency and awareness throughout the course and how they, as individuals and as groups, can turn their learning into valuable global action.As a result of this programme, I have been able to successfully demonstrate that I am able to take rapid action on my chosen UN Sustainable Development Goal, able to collaborate with diverse networks, challenge preconceptions and better inform people’s perspectives, operate across hierarchies and live your values and integrity. Users are awarded this badge when they complete the following requirement: Completion of Global Citizenship – an experiential asynchronous course where participants advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and gaining a Pass grade for each of the skills assessments, hence receiving the certificate and micro-credential .

I interned with Venor Crew LLP as a Marketing Intern and laid out various strategies to organize the events etc. Working with Venor was a great learning experience as it is a start-up. I also handled all the social media pages, created the content to be posted on them, and helped them increase their followers. I executed various different tasks during my internship, like getting various articles, write-ups, etc. to be put up on the website. I also strategized and ideated upon various ways to expand and develop the business further.

I worked in Tech Mahindra, Chandigarh in the Flipkart process as associate customer support for 2 months during the lockdown. I took 50-100 calls per day and solved the customer queries, processing refunds etc. Learned the Flipkart inbound process completely and gained a lot of communication and negotiation experience from there. Learned about various types of products and their specifications and the seller and Flipkart policies as well.
