I have successfully delivered a large number of strategic IT projects during my time at Fujitsu which have varied in complexity, size, and risk for four different customers from differing industries. My experience has comprised of the full end to end project lifecycle from gathering and refining requirements, writing the statement of works, implementing.

• During my industrial placement scheme, part of my degree, I spent a year working in the IT Services industry with Fujitsu Services UK&I. I was assigned to the Post Office Account, which develops and maintains the Point.
• Engineering Service Management- Produced relevant analysis from raw data, presented findings to the customer and assisted the design of a new, easier method for Post Offices to log faults with their equipment.
• Account Management- Supported a bid for new business which included gathering information to demonstrate to the customer we could deliver requirements
• Change Management- Oversaw proposed changes to the contract, made sure all changes followed the correct process and discussed these with customer to ensure consistency.
• Project Co-ordination- Chaired project update meetings, providing an agenda and recording minutes and actions, and produced reports to be presented to customer.
• Project Management-One part of my role I feel I excelled in was working on a project alongside a project manager. I designed and provided all the relevant reporting that was needed alongside presenting and reviewing it.
