*Responsible for the verification of equipment and project materials are fabricated with the requirements of the Engineering design, Specifications, Codes, Standards and Regulations.*Responsible for managing inspection application by Subcontractor and coordination with Owner.*Identify, stopping the work and report any welding activities in the field that does not conform to the applicable specifications and initiating correction of work.*Initiation of Nonconformance Reports (NCR) and make arrangement for disposition with engineering and construction.*Responsible for the verification of instruments, recorders, measurement devices and testing devices used for inspections and tests.*Perform line check, punch listing and punch list clearing.Participation in preparing and submitting inspection reports and records to Owner.

*Responsible for the verification of project materials upon delivery to ensure that materials are fit for the desired specified project requirements, check welders qualification documents and review approved drawings.*Perform field inspections to verify performance of welding works and to assure implementation of the project requirements.*Responsible for the inspection of the features of weld preparations such as fit-up alignment, relevant bevel angles, root face, root gap, root radius, pre-welding distortion control, tacking, bridge, jigs, line up clamp prior to welding then obtain client inspector’s approval.*Perform visual inspection on completed welds including dimensional check and detects any surface discontinuities to ensure weld meets with project requirements.*Perform hold and witness points identified for verification, monitor inspections to ensure the proper implementation of Quality Control Plan (QCP).*Create Quality Control Plan (QCP), if required, for Client approval.* Perform inspection on pressure testing such as hydro testing, pneumatic testing, leak testing, vacuum box testing and diesel testing of welds.* Reviews, surveillance, witness all activities in accordance with Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) / Client requirements.* Maintain material, consumable and welding traceability records.* Identify and coordinate with third party NDE/PWHT Company and ensure nondestructive test/PWHT is completed.* Identify repair assessment of visual or NDT reports.* Identify and report any non-conforming products and activities in the field.* Liaise with Client inspectors regarding any work done in the project that requires Client inspector’s approval before proceeding the job.* Make all the inspection reports, documentations and records of Quality Control.* Verify implementation of dispositions to acceptance standard.* Witness hot-tapping on crude, hydrocarbon, nitrogen and butane gas In-Service lines.

* Perform direct measuring of product and tabulation of data and ensure that all functions performed are in accordance with the procedures and product specifications.* Perform product quality inspection before submission for final quality approval.* Conduct quantity and quality inspection on materials upon delivery to ensure that it fits for the production of specified products.* Responsible for the operations, monitoring and maintenance of the machines.* Responsible for tool making and setting-up the machine according to drawing specifications.* Inspects, repair, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment in operation and detects and reports deficiencies in the operational process.

 Responsible for providing technical, repair and preventive maintenance services to prevent leakage regarding hydraulic cylinders of heavy equipments and machineries, pumps, boilers, heat exchangers, and flanges to customers. Responsible for the mechanical drawings and equipment parts modifications. Functioned as product and process information source to diverse customer base. Evaluation and adjustment of new designs and detail drawings to ensure practical completion while adhering to customer standards for usage and bottom line expenditure.
