This enabled me to hold constructive monthly review with each Management team to identify areas of development which led to the implementation of a structured training programme.My greatest achievement working for this group was increasing F&I earning by over 400% in 18months, its only a pity the family run business was sold!I also doubled as our Volvo dealerships General Manager. Given the group need to improve their relationship with this Manufacturer at this time this role allowed me to get closer to the sales side of the business in a lot more detail which I thoroughly enjoyed.
