Gary Alexander is the Managing Director for Northern Protective Services Pty Ltd (NPS), a West Australiabusiness specialising in providing high-level security and electronic security to businesses across theKimberley region and beyond.Gary is responsible for client liaison and all aspects of NPS’ rapidly growing operations, includingstaffing, training, HR and administration. His many years as a planning manager for a private buscompany in Sydney has stood Gary in good stead – business planning, events management anddeveloping client relationships with government departments and a wide range of stakeholders areall skills which have proved invaluable in Gary’s role at NPS.And with his prior 11 years’ experience as an Anglican minister, Gary has a real flair for peoplemanagement. He is an excellent communicator, able to connect authentically and comfortably withindividuals from all walks of life, making him easy to deal with and an effective relationship builder.Gary’s strong event planning capabilities mean that he is the expert when NPS clients requireextensive crowd control.
