Mr. Allen served as the Chief Executive Officer of AMPAC Insurance Marketing, Inc., which was purchased by WNC Holding Company in January 2005.  Mr. Allen served as a board member of WNC Holdings until October 2006.  Since the formation of AMPAC in 1975, AMPAC was dedicated exclusively to marketing life insurance products to customers of affinity based clients, including retail banks, credit card companies, mortgage servicers and specialty insurers. AMPAC’s term life insurance program had been offered to customers of Bank of America, CitiFinancial, U.S. Bancorp, Wachovia and others. In 2004, AMPAC was responsible for marketing over 350 million solicitations.  AMPAC was the first organizations to (a) prove that people would buy insurance over the phone, with no face to face contact with an agent and (b) use a quoting engine to provide instant quotes for clients.  In 2000, AMPAC helped American General Life Insurance Company develop the first paperless transaction between an Agent and Carrier, today’s standard.  AMPAC was the largest producer of Term Life Insurance for both American General Insurance Companies and ING Insurance Group.  AMPAC had developed an end-to-end proprietary system that provided a complete turnkey life insurance program for a financial institution, making AMPAC the largest writer of Life Insurance through financial institutions.  Mr. Allen is the Managing Member of GRCA-II HOLDINGS, LLC, a private investment firm for the Allen family holdings with investments held in a wide spectrum of companies. Mr. Allen is a member of the Board of Directors of Skyline Financial Holdings. Mr. Allen has lived in Westlake Village, California with his wife Robin for 29 years. Their 24 year old daughter graduated St Joseph University in May 2016 and studied at The American Musical Theatre Academy London/New York, currently residing in Manhattan.
