My financial career has been focused in the government technology services industry and is comprised of primarily two extensive company relationships. The first relationship (22 years) was with Science Applications International Corporation (“SAIC”) and the second, and relationship (10+ years), was with Alion Science and Technology (“Alion”). At SAIC, my focus was primarily on financial reporting, planning and business management for operating business units of various sizes (i.e. annual revenues of $10 million to $300 million) and complexities (e.g. to include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.). At Alion my responsibilities broadened to include corporate finance, banking, Board of Director and Audit committee reporting, and SEC reporting. Current responsibilities as CFO at Burdeshaw Associates Ltd. build on my past experience.
