Working with people with mental health challenges living independently or in a supported apartment to develop their own WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plans), and empower them to be good self-advocates in getting their own needs met. I also helped them to learn and use community supports, and wellness tools to help maintain their wellness.

I oversaw a multi-faceted ministry, which included building projects, budgets, teaching, preaching, church-planting, training a pastor, micro-financing projects to help people learn a new skill, find jobs or continue their education. I organized many types of community development projects such as starting a small primary school, tree planting, health and nutritional education, and the repair of village borehole pumps for clean water. I also organized a language course for missionaries, and helped to organize a Bible Translation project.
