Dakota Growers Pasta Company is now part of 8th Ave Food & Provisions. Oversee capital improvement projects at our Carrington, ND and New Hope, MN pasta manufacturing locations. I work with both plants on capital projects doing the planning, capital approval, equipment layout design, vendor and contractor approvals, oversee building modifications and equipment installation along with startup supervision. Projects include installation of new packaging equipment, rebuilding of major process equipment, delivery of raw materials to process equipment, pneumatic conveyance systems and flour mill improvements.
