I work for Baltic Apprenticeships, we are a training provider who specialise in IT, Software and Digital Marketing apprenticeships helping young people kick start their careers through an apprenticeship. We can also help to up-skill your existing workforce and develop their skills.My previous employment was with a large software company called Sage UK helping existing businesses develop their software to help their business run a lot smoother and more efficient.Prior to Sage, I also worked at an outsourcing company called Teleperformance as a Sales Executive for 4 years before becoming a Team Leader sharing all my skills that i have developed over the last 7-8 years with the team.I have worked across customer services, telecommunications and telesales and now work in business to business sales. I have also been heavily involved in projects based around improving Customer Satisfaction, Interactive Chat and Social Media Support Implementation and quality and compliance improvement.In my spare time, I am a die hard Newcastle United fan and "enjoy" taking my son to every home game! Yes that is right I enjoy it :)
