CurrentPremier Precast is an Architectural Precast Association certified producer and the only plant in Florida certified for and actively producing all architectural concrete product lines including architectural precast panels and shapes (e.g., panels, benches, planters, curbs, etc.), GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) and cast stone (maintaining full compliance with ASTM C1364 including all required testing). By contrast, most architectural precast plants produce, at most, one or two of these product lines.In addition, Premier Precast also specializes in precast stairs for shell contractors and self-performing general contractors as well as pole bases for electricians.As we celebrate more than 14 years in business, Premier Precast is proud of our numerous industry awards, recognitions and accomplishments including six National ABC Awards for Excellence in Construction. Premier Precast has a bonding capacity of $14 million aggregate and $7 million per project at a sub-2% rate and are proud to be represented by Nielson Hoover, the oldest and most respected bonding firm in Florida. We have a proven track record of completing complex, high volume turnkey projects with individual completed contracts in excess of $10 million.
