Diagnoses fuel system and component malfunctions.Recommends corrective actions and resolves problems using technical publications and analytic techniques.Performs maintenance on aircraft fuel tanks and cells. Removes access panels, and depuddles, purges, repairs, and tests fuel tanks and cells. Performs entry and maintenance in confined spaces. Removes, repairs, and replaces malfunctioning components. Prepares aircraft surfaces, and applies sealants, adhesives, and associated chemicals.Supervises, inspects and evaluates aircraft fuel systems maintenance activities. Cleans fuel cells and tanks, and inspects for foreign objects, corrosion, cell deterioration, and fungus. Stores, handles, uses, and disposes of hazardous material and waste. Fuels Systems / Refurbishment Technician – This refurbishment program is one of a kind. Our mission is to take the C-5M right after conversion, and complete interior panel repair, upgrade and paint. I started with the program full time on April of 2013 on Title 10 Active Duty status. Although I hold an Fuel Systems Mechanic AFSC, I have been able to broaden my spectrum of skills, by performing daily tasks, such as panel repair, paint and other various sheet metal and crew chief activities.

- Assists in the receiving or discharging of inmates. Assures that inmates are searched, bathed, clothed, and assigned to cells. Confine and release inmates from cells. Monitors inmate activities. Drives police vehicles to transport and escort inmates to and from medical facilities and other locations. Supervises inmates on work details. Patrols, on foot, the internal and external perimeters of the institution, making periodic inspections of conditions. Enforces rules and regulations governing the conduct of visitors. Examines packages to be received by inmates.Maintains discipline and orderly conduct among inmates, restrains disorderly inmates. Uses appropriate self-defense tactics to deflect assault by inmates. Administers CPR and first aid. Investigates and handles emergencies and disorders within the Department of Corrections.Operates radios, telephones, and other communication equipment. Prepares routine reports and records. Keeps inventory of various items. Attends State mandated training to achieve and maintain correctional officer certification.
