I was responsible for determining and implementing the company’s global sales strategy and for achieving the company’s software bookings and wireless activation targets in a profitable and supportable manner. I was also responsible for developing and directly managing the sales budgets, direct sales teams, indirect sales teams, sales operations team, sales forecasting, staff hiring, training and incentive programs for the global sales organization. I also participated in evaluating the company’s M&A targets and long term strategic planning.
