I am a proactive and highly motivated railway professional. I currently manage the training of 200 plus employees (Mainline Drivers & Machine Operators) which includes technical classroom training, practical “on job” training and soft skills training. I combine my extensive experience of the railway along with my training credentials to design and deliver.
