I have recently been given the responsibility to oversee and manage the Nissan Fixed Operation's team here at Kraft Nissan. I have the direct responsibility for both the Parts and Service departments at Nissan of Saint Augustine. My responsibilities include Personnel, Advertising, Marketing, Accounting, Customer Satisfaction, Production, Inventory, Forecasting, Competitive Pricing and Building Maintenance are just a few things I encounter on a daily basis. Working with each client helping plan their events that included, Staging, Roof Systems, Audio and Lighting. Providing professional quality products and personnel to make their event the best and most memorable ever. While on site, emphasis is put on managing a safe work environment through the entire load in and out process. This is also a huge benefit for the client as well. The entertainment equipment industry as a whole is business that is very loyal to their vendors. Once you have established a trusting relationship with a client, it is very unlikely that they will jump ship for a better price for something equal. Price is a consideration of their event planning however, trust and turn key solutions to their event that makes it a hands off process for the event organizer is a very important factor. Clients will pay more for excellent service. I would pride myself in this aspect of the business.
