Managerial responsibilities included hiring and on-boarding new staff members, providing mentorship and guidance to direct reports, training employees, developing performance improvement plans and delivering annual evaluations, and administrative tasks including timesheet approvals, and employee time off requests.

Managing a World Class RF test lab where testing is conducted on devices operating at frequencies from 9 GHz to 220 GHz. Managing Environmental Test Lab with capabilities of Vibration, Temp Cycle, Drop Shock, and Thermal Shock. Integration and testing of Polystrata circuitry into passive and active modules.

Light Circuit design, Expert Fixture design, Test System design. This is to support my efforts in maintaining accurate and precision measurements for complex GaN and SiC MMIC Amplifiers in a classified Laboratory setting. Oversight of the Lab's calibration efforts. Supervising die to package integration of SiC and GaN Amplifiers and other circuits and testing for Army, Naval, and space applications.

Evaluation testing of Hydrogen Thyratron Tubes for particle Accelerators.

Installing, commissioning, and maintaining radio communications and telex equipment ranging from 500Khz to 9.3 Ghz, Radar systems and Automatic Radar Plotting systems designed for vessel collision avoidance.Installing and maintaining Gyrocompass and Automatic Pilot systems and LORAN-C, Satellite Navigation and GPS Receivers.
