- Manage AutoNavi biggest map service project - Amap, covering entire R&D departments - Algorithm development, Middleware development, Service/Policy development, H5/JS development, Client development (Android, IOS) and also covering Testing, Data, UX and User Operation department etc. The overall stakeholders are 200+ people.- Responsible for the project program delivery – covering resource management and coordination, portfolio project plan management, cross-dept. development plans management etc.- Identify and predict obstacles, collisions and risk to projects across multiple teams and seek solutions to eliminate them.- Provide up-to-date visibility into current projects, resource utilization, team performance，risk and issue, and project health across your teams.- Coaching and audition project team for project process, and responsible for progress improvement. Continuously evolve our product process and project tools to adapt to changing needs. Includes communication structures, project templates and meeting cadences.- Establish team-training mechanism.
