Direct the Corporate Disbursements team in processing more than 1.2M invoices annually representing $4.1B in spend for this global education and publishing company.• Successfully managed insourced staffs in New Jersey and Iowa and outsourced staffs in Michigan and Bangalore, India• Developed and implemented controlled cost saving efficiencies which have resulted in driving the CPD from $5.95 in 2002 to $2.06 in 2012• Successfully integrated ten large acquisitions into the centralized corporate disbursements environment along with sixty smaller integrations• Monitor and maintain controls and services within SAP 6.0 and Oracle R-12 with payables in multiple currencies.
