• Serves as senior enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer for Troop D, 1/230th Air Cavalry Squadron. • As the Quality Control Supervisor, responsible for supervising aircraft maintenance and technical inspection activities at the intermediate maintenance level on OH-58D and UH/HH-60. • Determined man-hours, personnel, parts and facility requirements to repair aircraft and associated equipment. Instructed subordinates in aircraft repair and technical inspection techniques and procedures according to directives, technical manuals, work standards, and operational policies. • Maintains supply economy and discipline. Prepares evaluations, special reports, and records pertaining to aircraft maintenance repair and related activities. Deployed in 2009-2010 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. While deployed, executed over 160 combat fight hours in conjunction with maintenance test flights. • Performed duties as the FOB Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) coordinating with aviation contract maintenance support at FOB Sykes, Tal Afar, Iraq. • As the Technical Inspector for the North Carolina Army National Guard, responsible for all aspects of quality assurance and historical records keeping during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AH-64 and UH-60 aircraft. • Responsible for the facility/unit aircraft weight and balance program. Worked closely with Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED), to review, track, provided technical information and solutions for deviations, waivers, engineering change proposals, recommended changes to technical manuals and other related issues. • Executed the Flight Safety Parts (FSP) Program to insure parts were in compliance with AMCOM directed overhaul schedules. Insured compliance with Aviation Safety Action and Safety of Flight Messages. • As a Platoon Sergeant, supervised the Maintenance Platoon in day-to-day maintenance of 30 AH- 64 and 10 UH-60 aircraft. Managed personnel training requirements, and coordinated the daily work activities to support scheduled and unscheduled aircraft repair. • Tracked work orders, repair part orders, and maintenance transactions and monitored forms and records for completeness and accuracy utilizing the ULLS- A system.

• Aircraft Technical Inspector, responsible for the quality assurance of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and the historical records for 24 UH-60 Blackhawk aircraft. Deployed as the only technical inspector in support of the 3rd Infantry Division Commanding General’s 4 UH-60 helicopters during SFOR 8 Bosnia Herzegovina. • Two-time selected as the only technical inspector in support of DEA missions in the Bahamas, for a total of 5 months. Executed duties as the quality control supervisor for 2 port operations for 40 UH-60 helicopters. • As the Maintenance Floor Supervisor/Crewchief, supervised, coordinated and prioritized daily work activities for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft repairs. Tracked work orders, repair part orders, and maintenance transactions. Directed assigned section’s work flow to efficiently complete maintenance tasks. • Completed Aircrew Qualification Training in the UH-60 Blackhawk, consisting of individual, collective, hands-on, written, oral training and evaluation in Day, Night, Night Vision Goggle, aerial gunnery, and multi ship operations. As a UH-60 Helicopter Repairer, performed phase maintenance on rotor, engine, hydraulic, flight control, electrical, drive, landing gear, airframe, environmental control, avionics, APU, fire control systems, and ground power unit certifications, Records and References: Available upon request
