SVIV is the primary lobby organization that promotes and represents the interests of the estimated 700 000 Swedes who live abroad, often in close collaboration with multiple Swedish ministries.

One day course on strategies and methodologies for adapting companies and organizations to working in a multicultural marketplace or society, drawing on 30+ years of experience from both Sweden and the USA.

Pilot project to test viability of a new supplier diversity initiative in Sweden in collaboration with Minority Supplier Development UK. Sweden was one of six European countries where ESDP was piloted with support from Founding Members Accenture, Meta, Bristol Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca, Unilever, EY, CBRE, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, ABinBev, IBM, MSD, Sanofi and Johnson&Johnson.

Source International is an Italian NGO that works globally to help impoverished indigenous communities to scientifically monitor the impact of extractive industries on water and soil in their surroundings. Source has twice won Intel's Environment Tech Award (2014, 2016).

Business development and consulting for EY's Nordic Climate Change & Sustainability Services group related to governance, social impact and conflict minerals. Client services included development of codes of conduct, sustainability risk management assessments and development of global policies and directives on diversity and inclusion.

New business development and client support for Personnel Decisions International's suite of leadership development, assessment and talent management services. Key clients served were Vattenfall, Ericsson and more. PDI Scandinavia was acquired by Korn Ferry International in 2012.

Relocated from California to build Deloitte Sweden's new Marketing & Communications Department from scratch, supporting 50 offices and 900 employees. Built a team with responsibility for all aspects of internal and external communications, branding, PR, business development and more.

Started a new consulting practice serving financial service companies to prepare for, or respond to, regulatory examinations by bank regulators including the Federal Reserve Bank, FDIC, OCC and OTS. Focus on fair lending, affordable housing and anti-discrimination. Clients served included BNP, Morgan Stanley, Discover Financial Services, 1st Nationwide Mortgage, Auto One, CalFed, Riggs Bank and numerous Asian affiliates banks from South Korea, Japan and China. Conducted study on bank regulators' record of bank examinations, which found its way to the highest levels of the US Senate and all four regulatory agencies.

Headhunted to start a new department to ensure compliance with strict mortgage lending regulations through developing and delivering market-based solutions to promote affordable housing in underserved communities. Within 18 months of start-up, Community Development had the 2nd highest contribution margin to profit out of 20 loan offices, owing to successful new business development in the marketplace and throughout the bank.

Created new department in response to FIRREA, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and HMDA regulations. Worked directly for EVP of Lending, in close collaboration with Legal and the Board of Directors. Extensive work with FannieMae, GE Capital and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Initially joined SFFed in Silicon Valley in 1989, responsible for its largest mortgage loan center (sales, appraisals, underwriting, brokers, funding).

Following an intial role as a mortgage loan originator in San Luis Obispo, relocated to manage sales operations in Silicon Valley, Monterey and Carmel.

Following a one-year management trainee program, served six independent Deere construction equipment dealers. Dealership development in technical training, parts inventory management, warranty administration and more, and worked closely with numerous government agencies.
