Process the MRP requirement on a daily basis to ensure that all the needs for the production are available at the facility, at the right time and at the right quantity. Analyze and process all the MRP messages and requirements for components and act/communicate accordingly with Scheduling, Production, Yard and Warehouse team and Sales.  Working for E&P as a consultant of Supply Chain Management - Materials Management - IT - Measurement. o Team Member on E&Ps first SAP Project (Polaris R/3). Focused on Materials Management & Data Conversion: o Design Phase: assigned to "Procure to Pay" team. This work involved all aspects of SAP design including developing the Shell E&P business case as it relates to materials functions, identifying "as is" and "to be" work processes, writing design documents, configuring the system to ensure appropriate and complete functionality is provided, resolving issues related to system gaps, leading change management efforts to champion the system to client community, conducting client workshops, etc. Also I developed a specialty in the materials' classification system via formal SAP training to ensure the legacy classification system was successfully promoted to SAP.o Implementation Phase: assigned to Conversion & Cutover team and managed the conversion activity and related deliverables for the Purchasing & Materials related master records including the materials classification system, material masters, material stock levels, service masters, outline agreements, & vendors. In all I successfully managed loading over 3 million records into SAP with very high accuracy levels and excellent "on time" results.
