As Senior IxD, I design and art direct print, web and multi-media projects for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and it's branches in Denver, Omaha and Oklahoma City. I have been the sole designer/art director of an award winning quarterly magazine produced by the Public Affairs Department. Working directly with the magazine's editor from concept through completion I was responsible for art direction, budgeting, estimating, hiring of photographers and proofing of the magazine. •Art Directed a 5 person design team on a semi-annual magazine that circulated to 100,000 alumni and friends of the University • Worked on the creative team that developed the concept and design of a $200 million dollar capital campaign for the University launched in December of 2004 • Art Directed the work of 3 design interns during their semester providing them with projects where they gained experience in an agency type environment developing concepts, creating designs, producing art and conducting press checks • Worked directly with Brand Manager on a successful branding campaign along with the creation of the style and standards guide for print and signage projects • Created and managed a two person Photography department responsible for all magazine, recruitment and event photography
