Including Torrens Title, Community Title and amendments to Strata Applications.  Liaise with the client to ascertain the most applicable and affective method of division to benefit the project.  Preparation of the plans in accordance with the Regulations of the Development Act 1993 and lodgement with the Development Assessment Commission.  Co-ordinate survey team for field activities and on site survey requirements. Preparation of plans for lodgement with the Lands Titles Office for the issue of certificates of title. Auto Cad Drafting – Contract Draftsman for a number of survey firms in the preparation of all types of survey plans ( certified division and outer boundary plans, easement plans, plans for lease purposes ) for lodgement with the Lands Titles office I have been involved in a number of committees and forums in conjunction with the Lands Titles Office to the Industry comment on changes to Lands Titles Office plan presentation requirements, the proposed Electronic lodgement system of plans with the Lands Titles Office. I have an excellent working knowledge of Real Property, Community Title, Strata Title, and Roads Opening and Closing Acts, and the associated plan & documentation requirements for the preparation of plans for lodgement under the Acts and would consider myself to be an asset to any project team.
