CurrentAs a Director at the Asquith Club, I am involved in key initiatives within the Finance, Sponsorship, and Promotions Committees, driving the club’s recent expansion to foster business growth. My tenure here builds on my previous experience as an accountant, where I honed the financial acumen necessary for effective club management. This role allows me to leverage my expertise to enhance community engagement and ensure member satisfaction.In parallel, as a Company Monitor for the Australian Shareholders Association, I keep a close watch on a couple of top ASX 200’s companies, attending investor days and AGMs to advocate for shareholder interests. My responsibilities include engaging with company officials, asking pivotal questions at AGMs, and authoring reports for the ASA’s digital and print outlets, contributing to the transparency and accountability of corporate governance.
