I am a Principal Analyst in our enterprise services team covering SD-WAN, managed network services, unified communications and contact centre. I look primarily at European headquartered service providers and emerging cloud native disrupters. As well as writing deep-dive product assessments and event-based and advisory reports I also present on these subject areas at a wide range of customer and industry events.

I provide SWOT competitor analysis and market insight on the UK telecoms market covering technologies such as IP telephony, unified communications, collaboration, cloud computing, data WAN and verticals including retail, the UK public sector and the SME market. This involves production of a large number of written reports, custom research, customer briefings and presentations.
