Responsible for dealing with all aspects of the site roster, pay and annual leave. Compiling data for reports to both Sainsburys and Ultimate. Induction of new staff and extensive ongoing training of all shift staff. Weekly building fire alarm testing and use of tannoy system to send announcements to colleagues in the building.
