Extensive data mining to protect the brand from adverse publicity and give advanced warning of any protests that could impact any Sainsbury's store. Further data mining to protect company colleagues travelling abroad to potential trouble spots. Investigation of internal complaints of all types through the companies Rightline process. Fraud investigations using Sainsbury's Eagle Eye process. Security pass authorisations and card production. CCTV monitoring 62 cameras throughout the building and it's immediate vicinity. Remote patrols of outlying unmanned sites and downloading and burning footage. Running reports plus updating and adding detailed information to both the building security system and the company database for reporting store incidents. Responsible for dealing with all aspects of the site roster, pay and annual leave. Compiling data for reports to both Sainsburys and Ultimate. Induction of new staff and extensive ongoing training of all shift staff. Weekly building fire alarm testing and use of tannoy system to send announcements to colleagues in the building. I am computer literate and conversant with both Word and Excel. The role also required all normal security procedures for a blue chip corporate site.
