I establish and build relationships with the customers in my territory. I document what my customer’s needs are, and I involve appropriate PSG personnel in meeting my customer’s needs. In the relationship building process, I continue to share the benefits of choosing PSG for their turbine generator maintenance requirements. I share these benefits by talking about them and forwarding emails to the customer with attachments that substantiate the benefits that I’m espousing, as well as scheduling site visits to the customer’s plant in order for the customer to meet with one of our Owners or Technical Directors.
