AMG uses recycled plastics in patent-pending NewRoad and NewSand based construction materials to enable environmentally friendly affordable housing, high performance roads and concrete constructions. Brought in to help bring new technology and product concepts to a 50 year old, nearly bankrupt public telecom company. Part of a small entrepreneurial group that concepted new market digital and fiber optic switching equipment sector that was the foundation of fast growth for the company. Introduced new product lines to the market, set up and managed distribution/sales channels including reps, distributors, government/military, and international. Led key account sales in Fortune 500, OEM, private label, including banking and telecom industries. ADC grew employment from 90 people to over 40,000 and $2B in revenues at the peak.

Design engineer, Project Manager, and Program Manager in TI's Government, Military, Aerospace Group. Part of an 11 person entrepreneurial group that started a new laser business inside TI and achieved $250mm sales in 24 months. NASA/JPL subcontractor/Engineer on the Voyager 1 and 2 satellites that are still operating successfully in space today out past the edge of the Solar System. Managed 15 technicians, support staff, and manufacturing lines. Learned government proposal and contract business, high-tech design, patent work, high-efficiency/high quality manufacturing systems and processes, and automation.
