I have over 25 years of multi-site operations leadership along with being a founder and entrepreneur of my own businesses. I started my first when I was 22 and kept that family run business going for a decade plus. I later owned and operated restaurants and know firsthand what it’s like to be a founder – both the challenges in running a successful business, growing it, and how to exit.Prior to leading the Evergreen team, I was part of the original leadership team for two different startups in the veterinary industry successfully leading the operations and HR teams to complete 100+ acquisitions, integrations, and then successful exits valued at more than $350M. Leading the team at Evergreen based on the west coast of Florida, I advise Founders on the market value of their business they have built, providing guidance through the sales process, and finding the right buyer for their business to help them achieve their goals.
