Managed two fireproofing projects on different contracts at the FPC-TX facility. One Reimbursable job and one Unit Rate job. Performed job walk downs for upcoming work and potential jobs. Calculated square footage and turned in estimates for fireproofing repairs. Ensured that all QA/QC paperwork was complete and filled out accordingly for each project. Managed cost on small lump sum jobs to ensure job was on schedule to be profitable. Ensured all safety procedures both JVD and FPC were followed and in place. Eliminated any risks that may put my employees, the company or others in jeopardy. Managed cost for each job and projected profit rates based off of forecasted completion dates. Maintained contact with client personnel to push the sale of repair/replacement that was estimated. Maintained the contract backlog to ensure clients were taken care of in the same order as PR’s were released.

Act as a resource to help contractors and their employees ensure that they were in compliance at all time with OSHA standard and FPC-TX standard. Perform random field audits on Contractors, and their safety personnel to ensure that safety field presence was applied. Hosted a weekly contractor safety meeting to inform all contractors of our findings during our observations and what can be done to correct such actions and bad practices.
