Lead the strategy, finance, and operations required to support the dramatic growth coming from the US digital music business at EMI Music Marketing. Responsible for: - Forecasting the US digital budget, and reporting directly to the global CFO - Establishing a methodology to reliably bring digital products to market with our partners at Apple and Amazon- Analyzing digital sales, through evaluation of promotion performance, seasonality, and GTM strategy

Worked with late stage venture backed companies in the digital / technology space to raise pre-IPO financing. I may have blown a bit too much into the internet bubble... Learned how to evaluate credit, management teams, and market opportunities. I also managed my first team, an impressive group of intelligent, hard-working analysts.
