I am responsible for the management of 2 sub divisions, managing 8 superintendents. Resolving problems with sub-contractors that are non-performing. I work closely with the construction superintendents to track performance and progress of their respected job sites to include customer satisfaction, budgets and construction schedules. Responsible for training employees to follow construction disciplines to maximize productivity as well as meet the customer demands. As Production Manager, I was responsible for the management 6 sub divisions and 6 superintendents. Resolving problems with sub-contractors that are non-performing. I helped the company grow from 40 – 50 homes a year to 200 plus a year. Conducted weekly production meetings with construction and the related departments to track the progression of starts and closing with the budgeted annual closings of all units.

I’m knowledgeable of applicable building codes, OSHA requirements, and BOCA codes.I know and understand the performance criteria and construction standards of all subcontractor trades.
