For more than 15 years, I was an Audit Manager for Overland Solutions Inc. In my role, I lead a group of premium auditors, quality reviewers and customer service specialists in providing our customers with a superior product in a timely manner. Always focused on policyholder experience, our team has consistently met and exceeded business objectives.With OSI, I held the roles of premium auditor and audit manager. As an auditor, I achieved success quickly and rose to a top producing rep before being promoted to audit manager. Since, I've managed phone auditors, phone surveyors, pivot auditors and the AuditStream branch. With a strong analytical background, attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I have led all of my teams to successful results.
