I was a college administrator for 10 years after completing graduate school. I worked in Residence Life and Admissions and Communications until my final position as Director of Planning and Assistant to the President. 20 years ago I left the field of higher ed. to start my own company from scratch. That company, G.L. Berg Entertainment, has grown to be the largest professionall entertainment provider in the Midwest. I also am a professional speaker, and occasionally I teach classes on starting a new business.
