Reporting solely to Group Managing Director, my role currently includes over-viewing and directing all aspects of the business including Finance, Production, Sales/Marketing and general office.Sole responsibility for growing both turnover and net profit in line with business projections as well as reporting company data both internally and externally to top line management level.Dealing with all aspects of our growing export markets.Preparing business plans and projections to a strategic level.

Working alongside Production team to ensure efficient use of resources and overviewing production lines, techniques and timings. The role also included many sales activities, production analysis and detailed reporting to top line management team.This role involved detailed efforts with sales team to ensure contracts were priced correctly and production levels were prepared in line with sales forecasts

Working alongside a busy and growing sales/accounts team I was responsible for daily invoicing, despatching and order processing. This role also involved wage processing, accounts inputting, purchase ledger and company reporting of production/financial developments both internally and externally
