Responsible for the day to day management of all construction activities. This includes undertaking a contract management role on select projects, and pre and post tender planning.

Leader of a team of upto 25 staff comprising of contract managers, surveyors, site managers & resident liaison officers. Projects ranged in value from £250k to £8m in the residential, education, healthcare, commercial & fit out sectors. Type of work included design & build, refurbishment, new build.

Head of the main works division responsible for all commercial issues on a variety of mainly refurbishment projects in the commercial & leisure sectors.

Responible for complete financial control and supervision of a surveying team undertaking multiple projects totalling circa £25m pa. Projects included supermarkets, student accommodation, hospitals, office fit outs and a data centre.

Undertook the full range of surveying duties on a selection of projects including the conversion of part of County Hall into a leisure arcade, refurbishment within the Houses of Parliament & a number of office refurbishments.

Responsible for all day today surveying activities within a team working largely on the construction of new build supermarkets for Waitrose & Safeway.
