Blake Training & Consulting has served customers since 2003, including York University, Honeywell Aerospace, Goodyear Canada. Gary retired in 2009 as Lean Six Sigma Champion for Goodyear Canada. In this role, he continued 26 years of OD experience as Goodyear’s internal change consultant, providing guidance, training & facilitation for Black Belt and Lean projects, continuous improvement teams, strategic planning workshops, organizational restructuring, and conflict resolution sessions. Gary has strong organizational planning, communications, interpersonal and leadership skills. Working in many departments and worksites - in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Production and Logistics - he is successful at motivating people to achieve both personal and organizational goals.Gary is a highly rated course director teaching third year Human Resource Management topics in the Administrative Studies program at York University.
