Responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of BRAC actions, site management/project operations management and all performance of work for the relocation of the 2200 Soldiers and 4300 Family members of the 7th Special Forces Group (SFG) from Ft Bragg, NC to Eglin, Air Force Base, FL - Led Air Force, Navy, and Joint Strike Fighter program managers in developing new range scheduling and air to ground deconfliction processes to meet the readiness requirements of the 7th SFG while maximizing range resources at the Air Force’s largest Major Range and Test Facility Base- Developed strategic partnerships with the Navy and Air Force that reduced Army MILCON costs by more than $24 million in FY 10 and 11- Worked closely with State, County and local elected officials and both public and private corporations to create economic development and family programs to support the relocation, housing, medical and educational requirements for the 7th SFG - Oversaw the construction and installation planning of a $350 million dollar MILCON project comprised of more than 1,000,000sq feet of work space and 14 separate range complexes

Commanded a medium sized OCONUS Army installation consisting of more than 12,000 residents, 2,500 buildings across 85,000 acres, the Joint Multinational Readiness Center, and led more a civilian work force of more than 650 US civilians and German national employees with an annual operating budget of up to $150 million - Improved service levels and reduced costs across the installation by more than 10% each year through the implementation of an installation-wide strategic plan and Lean and Six Sigma program- Realized a 100% increase in community activities and programs by establishing customer focused coalitions with German community leaders, the Military community and off-base organizations- Developed a civilian workforce development program linking installation objectives with individual and career development plans

Managed Geographic Combatant Commander (GCC) level exercise program and more than 100 DoD and Interagency exercise planners and designers responsible for USSOCOM counter-terrorism exercises focusing on Joint and Interagency operations at the Strategic-National level - Planned and synchronized the USSOCOM CJCS exercise program with the Joint Staff, OSD, and numerous Departments and Agencies in order to explore the Strategic National aspects of Counter- Terrorism across the DoD by linking exercises and objectives in the National Level Exercise program and with other GCC and Interagency exercise programs- Responsible for the development of a comprehensive exercise strategy for USSOCOM counter-terrorism exercises for National level Special Operations Forces- Served as a member of the CONPLAN and OPLAN development team responsible for USSOCOM counter-terrorism operations
