As member of DevOps group, I create new and innovative ways to automate and integrate infrastructure and applications on newer technologies that provide scalable solutions for our internal clients. I am also responsible for maintaining stability of Web environments and proactively address issues, conduct preventive measures to avoid potential problems, support application team to resolve issues in a timely manner.Provide day-to-day operation support for release management on Microsoft TFS/ADO and Jenkins. Completed automation of Underwriting System using Microsoft TFS, PowerShell, python and wsadmin scripts which has substantially decreased deployment time of applications and configurations. Implemented ADO CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deploy of WebSphere Portal applications.

• Provided 24x7 support for over 500 enterprise applications for 700 nationwide Mazda’s dealers (including www.mazdausa.com) by monitoring application server performance using IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager (ITCAM), IBM Tivoli Performance Viewer, Wily Introscope, Java Melody and ElasticSearch (Nagios LS); conducted preventive measures and resolved issues using Thread Analyzer, Log Analyzer, Heap Analyzer and Garbage Collector Tool. • Assisted application development teams and vendors in stress and performance testing using Neotys Neoload and Apache JMeter. Performed deployment activities using Apache ANT, wsadmin Jacl/Jython scripting, Linux Shell Scripting, Windows Batch scripting. Worked with project teams, technical infrastructure group, network support and developers to determine project requirements for test/production environments. Built and maintained development, staging and production environment infrastructures on VMWare.• Led vendor and new product selection process. Built proof of concept environments to pilot projects on a small scale. • Installed, configured and maintaining Siebel (CRM), Inquira (Oracle Knowledge), Coldfusion (JRun), AgileElite Shipment, Tomcat, Oracle Weblogic, Microsoft IIS and Apache Web servers on Windows and Linux platforms.• Designed and implemented production environment architecture for dealer web network to address security, capacity and high availability requirements (for WebSphere releases V6 through V8.5.5). Responsible for integration of IBM HTTP Server, IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM DB2, DB2 UDB, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle databases, IBM WebSphere MQ on RedHat Linux Enterprise, AIX and Windows 2000-2012.

• Created and deployed enterprise level transactional application solutions for several client projects utilizing IBM WebSphere and relational database products.• Provided total infrastructure solutions, including design, installation, configuration of IBM WebSphere, MQ Series and DB2 UDB. Responsible for integration of the infrastructure components: iPlanet, LDAP, SiteMinder, WebsphereAS, DB2 on z/OS, CICS Transaction Gateway and CICS applications.• Managed all phases of infrastructure projects: feasibility studies, requirements, analysis and design, scheduling, tool evaluation and selection, construction, testing, implementation and vendor support. Responsible for staffing, time estimates, resource allocations, labor resource planning and team building.• Led Y2K Support Group by conducting clients’ systems code research and analysis for the Year 2000 compliance. Developed work plans, procedures, standards and routines for the Y2K code conversion and testing.

• Supported the Point of Service System, a highly visible front-end data collection system for district offices.• Designed Decision Support system and supervised its successful development and installation.• Interfaced with management, users and vendors to support and enhance Point of Service and Decision Support systems.• Performed duties of Project DBA for the Point of Service and Decision Support systems. The job required familiarity and usage of the Platinum Technology Database products.
