What drives me is a desire to assist others to find purpose and meaning in their lives. For over 35 years I have been involved in education having held many leadership roles and have always been driven by a desire to help others ‘to be the best they possibly can be.’ These roles have provided the platform for me to facilitate and support deep learning and allowed others the voice and agency to find their own learning journey.The world at the moment is in need of people who can find their own voice, be resilient and enhance their inner strengths to survive and thrive.Beyond that, 35 years of educating as a teacher, coordinator, principal, coach, mentor and senior system leader has taught me that all critical transformation is built on vulnerability and trusting relationships. I look forward in hope that I can contribute, in some small way, to the continued empowerment of the people I serve.
