I am an experienced destination management professional with over 25 years of experience in destination planning and advocacy, product and experience development, in-destination communications, and senior stakeholder management. Currently, I serve as the Head of Visitor Engagement at Fáilte Ireland and as a non-Executive Board Member of City Destination Alliance, Europe’s foremost network and resource for destination organisations. My career includes significant posts in Sports Tourism Management across North America and the Caribbean with Hyatt Resorts International and numerous senior roles at Fáilte Ireland, where I presently lead the development of a multi-channel in-destination visitor engagement program.I graduated Summa Cum Laude in Business from the University of Texas and hold an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
