CKE owns Carl's Jr. and Hardee's Food Systems, Inc. and was a NY Stock Exchange company specializing in the Quick Service Restaurant business. CKE was purchased and taken private at the end of March, 2010. I performed legal work for various CKE transactions and other events concerning our real estate holdings, including build-to-suit leases, renewals, construction contracts, estoppels, approving franchisee's real estate documentation, etc.

Performed transactional real estate legal services and documentation involving such companies as Farmers Insurance, Boeing, T-Mobile, Sutter Health, DaVita and Toshiba America.
