Over the past 40 years I have worked and continue to work as a contract engineer to help hundreds of Massachusetts manufacturing companies improve their existing processes and introduce new processes while training their employees to sustain and continue improvements after I have left. I am able to use Massachusetts Training funds so there is no cost to the company for my services. I conceived and developed the Critical Fluids Group to provide pressure sensing products to the semiconductor industry. I performed the initial market study and proposed the establishment of the Critical Fluids Group. I hired and directed the USA and international sales forces in Europe and Asia. I developed and directed development of new products, promotional and technical materials, including training and advertising literature.

As world wide director of sales and marketing Iconceived an implemeted a plan to convert the organization from a military to an industrial supplier of position sensors.I hired an industrial sales force and developed direct mail programs and advertising for the industrial market. My efforts stopped the decline in sales which had been occuring for three years and raised them back to an all time high. The company was subsequently purchased by Data Instruments where I continued to work until the fall of 1997
