CurrentAs the Chief of Protective Services:I provide program leadership, and guidance for the development and pursuit of long-term goals, productivity improvement, efficiency, safety, security, and stability. I provide occupational specific technical and administrative direction to subordinate employees performing the work and functions of the organization. I Obtain resources and identify strategic objectives for the organization. I define jobs, select employees, and assign work. I define technical work requirements and milestones, evaluate the organization and employee accomplishments by accepting or rejecting work products and presents and defends organization and employees work to senior management and other offices. I recommend employee promotions and recognition; approve leave; implement performance modifications and take corrective actions as appropriate.
