This was my first appointment as a General Manager with JD Wetherspoon, this unit was taking in the regions of £800,000 a year. It was based in Salt Coats and very much a seasonal unit with a strong summer trade. All responsibilities as listed above

Throughout this time I was progressing through a structured training programme with JD Wetherspoons and worked in various locations from the West Coast to the east coast. I was responsible for assisting the unit manager in the day to day running of the pub and taking full responsibility in their absence.
