As an Attendance Monitor, I’m responsible for children attendance for providers throughout the city of Washington, DC. Through applications such as OECD and Oats, I process attendance for Providers in the DC Community who are involved in the DC Subsidy Program. All documents that are uploaded through the attendance the providers send, would be downloaded into a specific drive for documentation. I’m responsible for processing and maintaining accurate attendance and either accepting or rejecting attendance in accordance to specified criteria in the Subsidy Program. This process is the first step in providers getting paid for their daycare services.

As a Document Manager and Data Entry Assistant, I was responsible for creating folders for the Underwriters pertaining to clients I reference to life insurance mortality and estimates. Once the folders were created and had been evaluated by the doctors and then through the underwriters, I was responsible for checking for errors and if there were none, scan the documents through a software called Nuance (a PDF software) in the order they were to be in and re-review the documents in the folder before completion and then filing the folders.

As a Document Management Assistant, I was responsible for proofing, managing and scanning documents from a paper file to a network server. Once all documents had been properly scanned to the network, I then had to convert the files into PDF files that would be able to be looked up through a program called Nuance.

As a Document Management Assistant, I was responsible for maintaining document control of patient transcripts, letters of evaluation by doctors, and other documentation received in support of CRIS and CTDB applications. My responsibilities consisted of researching and imputing data for a trial study for Fibromyalgia which consisted of entering data and various documents for over 100 patients. I scanned and inputted all documents and maintain image quality, performed image quality checks as needed, maintained knowledge of CRIS and CTDB software tools to include maintaining these documents in MS WORD and EXCEL.
