My role was to ensure that all sites are upgraded in compliance with the TS1000 Single SCADA Standard. I was also responsible for the Technical Lead role for the complex upgrade.This was complicated by the required use of multiple integrators, SA Water IS liaison, SA Water business structure changes and parallel works to meet the mandated deadline.Achievements: Successful delivery of the program of works in a complex environment. SA Water IS limitations and vendor software issues also hampered the project and had to be worked through at a technical level.
