Brooklyn Innovation is an accelerator, incubator, and education hub for Brooklyn’s startup founder and entrepreneur community. Generate sales of $20K to $2M per contract by delivering customized energy conservation strategies for clients. Assess unique needs of each building and develop energy-saving solutions. Conduct analysis of buildings with 5 or more apartment units and create computer models of buildings. Compose contracts informed by building audits to complete sale. Manage finalized projects, coordinating work of company staff, building owners, and independent contractors. Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with weatherization standards. Compile health and safety reports, installed-materials reports, summary of completed work, and related documents.

Stormbank.com was an interactive platform connecting artist and writters together to create original comics.

Utilized Bloomberg and Intex to compile prospectus data for company investments. Created spreadsheets to model and organize data. Utilized advanced Excel functions to provide access to information as needed. Obtained and filed physical copies of bond certificates. Processed tax returns and updated taxable income schedules. Retrieved and organized files in response to specific IRS inquiries.

Assumed responsibility for Accounts Receivable after mastering QuickBooks. Streamlined processes by creating documents and systems still in use today.
